The development is from Brodsky and was designed by COOKFOX. The residential portion of the building, known as City Tower, has more than 400 rental homes in a variety of layouts. Current listings are no fee and offer 1.5 months free on an 18-month lease; studios are from $2,450/month, 1 bedrooms from $3,650/month and 2 bedrooms from $4,725/month. According to Brodsky, there is a $100 processing fee for each lease holder and guarantors are accepted.

These contemporary rental residences are designed with 5-inch wood floors, full height windows with solar shades, kitchens with quartzite countertops and paneled appliances, and vertical heat/AC. Units are equipped with Bosch washers/dryers and other features include glass showers, walk-in closets, good storage, and kitchen islands. The LEED Silver certified building has 23,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities including a fitness center, basketball court, lounge, roof deck and event space. The building has 24-hour concierge and also a bike room.

Downtown Brooklyn offers the 24/7 activity found in Manhattan and the neighborhood is home to the Barclays Center and the Brooklyn Nets. City Tower is minutes to the BAM Cultural District and two blocks from Fort Greene Park. Atlantic Terminal is also nearby which offers shopping and a plethora of transit options.
