Interiors were designed by SPAN Architecture and are modern with a textured palette. Floor-to-ceiling windows are found through most of the homes; there is central air conditioning and hardwood floors. Kitchens feature gray cabinets and gunmetal accents, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and Bosch dishwashers. Bathrooms have custom vanities and lighting fixtures, and feature light-gray Mosa tile and Kohler fixtures.
The building has a 24-hour attended lobby, concierge, bike storage and of course, plenty of amenities for residents. Perks include several fitness areas, a rooftop lounge and resident lounge with outdoor terraces, a children’s playroom, screening room, and more. The non-smoking building is pet friendly.
