Inside, the luxury residences have condominium-grade finishes and millwork, and the design aims to balance Brooklyn history with 21st century New York City living. Homes have spacious open floor plans with warm antique oak flooring, and the large windows frame views of the Manhattan skyline, East River and Downtown Brooklyn. Kitchens have Caesarstone countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each unit is equipped with a washer/dryer and private balconies are on select homes.

The building has a 24-hour attended double-height lobby with conveniences like bicycle parking, an onsite garage and even stroller storage. Atop the building is a landscaped rooftop terrace and inside, amenities include a children’s playroom and a fitness center. 181 Front Street is in DUMBO where current rental listings range from a $3,130/month studio at 60 Water Street to a $24,500/month 3-bed penthouse at The Clocktower Building.
