Only a couple of weeks ago we visited the construction site of Karim Rashid's rental development in East Harlem, and the hot-pink project was nearing completion. Now, the 20-unit structure is readying for an April 2017 occupancy and listings hit CityRealty just yesterday for its studios, one-bedrooms, and sole two-bedroom apartment.
The 8-story rental is located at 329 Pleasant Avenue, a Harlem street between First Avenue and FDR Drive, and is less than one block to the neighborhood's big-box shopping center, East River Plaza. Listings show there are eight studios available priced between $2,500 and $3,150 per month, eleven one-bedrooms priced between $3,400 and $5,000 per month, and the two-bedroom is $3,900 per month.

The listing photos reveal glossy interior renderings, though they leave much of the final product to the imagination. Apartments boast "designer" kitchens and baths, and each unit has a washer/dryer. All of the building's 20 units have a private balcony, and there is also a shared roof deck. The boutique residence has a virtual doorman, and pets are also welcomed.
