The real estate development group Hello Living is behind several Brooklyn properties and now, the team has launched the new rental building Hello Albmarle at 2417 Albemarle Road in Flatbush. The new homes come in one- and two-bedroom layouts and EXR is handling leasing, offering 1 month free with prices from $2,475/month for a one-bedroom and $2,900/month for a two-bedroom.
The newly erected building rises to 12 floors at the intersection of Albemarle Road and Lott Street, just blocks from the neighborhood’s iconic Kings Theatre.
