The new homes come in one- and two-bedroom layouts and EXR is handling leasing, offering 1 month free with prices from $2,475/month for a one-bedroom and $2,900/month for a two-bedroom.
The newly erected building rises to 12 floors at the intersection of Albemarle Road and Lott Street, just blocks from the neighborhood’s iconic Kings Theatre. One of the greatest perks of the building is it’s location to Prospect Park which is about five blocks away.
