A newly constructed rental building with contemporary homes has debuted just south of Prospect Park at 25 East 19th Street. The eight-story building is on a quaint dead-end street off Church Avenue between East 18th Street and Ocean Avenue, joining a small residential enclave of two- and three-story buildings and is across from the new condominium at 26 East 19th Street where a 2 bed/1 bath unit is listed for $625,000 (Residence 1D).
At 25 East 19th Street, leasing is handled by Citi Habitats and new leases offer up to 2 months free and no broker fees. The 49 residences come in studio to two-bedroom layouts and select units have private balconies or gardens. Listings show studios from $2,095/month, 1 bedrooms from $2,280/month and 2 bedrooms from $2,799/month.
