Located at 326 Bond Street, near the notable new 700-unit development 365 Bond Street, this latest red-brick structure has just two units on the market so far: A two-bedroom/one-bath apartment asking $3,500/month and a three-bedroom/one-bath spread for a whopping $5,000/month. And with the latter, renters can expect to have their own private roof deck, a parking space, and an outdoor balcony. Well Built Development and design firm NSC Architecture are behind the project.
