Addressed as 37-14 36th Street, it sits at the intersection of Northern Boulevard with residential units on floors 3 through 10, while the first two floors are for a pre-owned car showroom. Entrances to the M and R trains are on the same block and additional subway routes are just a short walk away.
Contemporary homes come in studio to three-bedroom layouts and the building boasts full-service amenities, too. MNS is handling rental leasing and listings offer 2 months free + no fee. Studios are priced from $1,886/month, one-bedrooms from $2,443/month and two-bedrooms from $3,060/month. Pricing for three-bedroom units is not yet available.

Interiors have white oak flooring throughout and offer expansive living spaces, large windows and contemporary finishes. Kitchens are equipped with white quartz countertops and GE stainless steel appliances. Oversized bathrooms have white tile and large vanities. Building amenities include a furnished roof deck, fitness center, lounge and business center. There is also a laundry room, a video intercom, on-site parking and bike storage.
Permits were first filed for the building in 2014 and it topped out in August 2016. Designed by architecture firm Montroy Andersen DeMarco, the structure features a brick and metal façade with several setbacks and a residential entrance on 36th Street, and a glass storefront and entrance for Silver Star Motors on Northern Boulevard.
