Located in Hudson Yards at 515 West 38th Street, the new 225-unit Henry Hall rental residences are inside a 30-story tower in a neighborhood that has quickly become a destination with prestige. Once known as the far west side of Manhattan, the exciting area of Hudson Yards has The High Line, plenty of new buildings including the luxurious condos at Fifteen Hudson Yards, and forthcoming attractions like Heatherwick Studio’s climbable Vessel.

Homes at Henry Hall come in studio to two-bedroom layouts and current listings offer up to 4 months free on a 25-month lease; 1 month broker OP is also offered. The building is between 10th and 11th Avenue and homes starting on the sixth floor have impressive unobstructed city views. Listings on CityRealty show studios from $3,215/month and 2 bedrooms from $6,510/month; see them here.
Interiors by renowned designer Ken Fulk convey a “classic-yet-contemporary style.” There are oversized steel encased windows and ash hardwood flooring is throughout. Kitchens have white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and brass fixtures, and bathrooms have hexagonal-tiled floor and subway tile. In a unique feature, each residence comes with an Amazon Dot featuring custom Henry Hall programming.

The building has a roof deck perfect for sunsets over the Hudson River, along with other amenities like 24-hour concierge, a lounge and parlor, a private dining room, a library, and a fitness center with customized programs. As an homage to the site's history as the home of Legacy Recording Studios, there is a jam room that can be used for rehearsal space, karaoke, and everything in between.

Imperial Companies & Shorenstein Properties developed the site, which also has retail and community space reserved for the first five floors of the building. It was designed by BKSK Architects and Ismael Leyva was the architect of record. Located in the Midtown West area, several popular neighborhoods are nearby, including Hell's Kitchen to the north and the Meatpacking District is to the south. The High Line and Hudson River waterfront are a short walk away and, with the recent Hudson Yards extension on the 7 train, the rest of the city is very accessible.
