Extell’s 555TEN opened to great acclaim for its beautifully laid-out apartments, stunning views, and extensive amenities package. However, the tower's recently unveiled collection of apartments, christened 555X literally takes luxury to a new level with, a collection of loft to three-bedroom homes designed by Paris Forino on floors 44 through 55.
555X's spacious units can be customized with a choice of paint palettes for the living room and bedroom prior to move-in. Kitchens have eye-catching finishes and chef-grade Miele appliances. The high floors allow for unobstructed views of the city on all sides. Leasing of these units starts at $3,950/month.

Beyond 555X, a small handful of market-rate apartments remain on the market with an offer of two months of free rent on a 14-month lease. Studios start at $3,255/month; one-bedrooms start at $4,010/month; and two-bedrooms start at $7,135/month. All prices are net-effective. There is also an affordable housing lottery for 90 of the units in the building.
As fabulous as the apartments are, the joys of 555X are not confined to the walls of the apartment, but can be experienced in 555TEN’s extensive amenity suite. 555X residents can get two complimentary personal training sessions in the state-of-the-art fitness center and one complimentary massage. Other perks include prioritized reservations in the bowling alley, discounted valet parking, and special rates for onsite pet care.
In addition to these amenities, 555TEN recently opened a 12th floor dog park, possibly the highest of its kind in the city. Designed in partnership with pet care provider Throw Me a Bone and landscape architect Terrain, it features trees, leaping mounds, benches, and water fountains for dogs’ enjoyment. Humans can watch their furry friends play and take in sweeping views of the Hudson River and skyline.
