Almost ready to make its debut, FRANK 57 has given us a first look at what residents can expect when leasing launches this summer for the new 65-unit rental. Last fall we captured some great photos of construction progress (check them out here) but now, via the building's Instagram account, we're treated to a look inside. The teaser shows interiors with modern style and a minimalist design; floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, exposed concrete pillars, and kitchen islands with white lacquer cabinetry.
The building's website reveals the summer opening, along with renderings of a nicely designed lobby, the tranquil entrance and courtyard along West 58th Street, and a landscaped roof deck with direct views of the Hudson River. Apartments will come in one- to three-bedroom layouts, and residents will have access to additional amenities including a lounge and a fitness center.

The 150,000-square-foot building is designed by Studio V Architecture and features a four-story glass base, topped by six floors with a dark, zinc façade. Located at the intersection of West 58th Street and Eleventh Avenue, the mixed-use development is part of the Durst Organization's newly developed West 57th Street community, joining other rentals including the 38-story, glass-clad Helena built in 2005, and also the dramatic tetrahedron designed by Bjarke Ingles, VIA 57 West, which opened in 2016.
