The building was developed, designed and built by David Paz’s Omnia Group whose other Manhattan projects include the condo conversion of 25 Prince and Bowery’s upcoming Ace Hotel. The project is a vertical and horizontal enlargement of a pre-existing building that has been unified under a sumptuous cast-iron façade.
