It’s another big week for Fisher Brother’s new 36-story curving glass tower at 225 East 39th Street with the debut of a teaser site and a new name, HOUSE39. The building's new website (a tip from Buzz Buzz) announces that leasing will begin in 2017 and also features a fast-paced video that gives a preview of the tower’s amenity package and surrounding neighborhood. Situated in Murray Hill on the border of Midtown East, the tower soars to 295 feet and features 373 residences designed by Rockwell Group.
The tower launched its housing lottery back in August, with 75 residences available for New Yorkers earning 60% or less of the area median income, and will remain open until September 27th. Those who qualify will have the opportunity to lease studios from $833/month, to 3-bedrooms for $1,247/month.

Designed by Handel Architects, HOUSE39 is sheathed in a reflective curtain wall and boasts an adjacent plaza. Amenities will begin continue with an expansive lobby featuring high ceilings, undulated slatted walls, and a spiral staircase. The tower will also include a fitness center, yoga studio, game room, children’s playroom, lounge, library, swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. Amenities will abound outdoors as well, with a terrace, courtyard garden, and rooftop deck featuring cabanas and BBQ stations. Certain amenities may come an additional price for residents who lease through the affordable lottery.
