The last time we looked at Vantage (33 Park View Avenue) in Liberty Harbor, we knew that the S9 Architecture-designed tower offered some of the largest apartments in Jersey City, incredible views of the Jersey City and Manhattan skylines, possible LEED Certification, and a small concession to further entice potential tenants. Resort-style amenities were teased at the time, and developer Fisher Development Associates has just unveiled the full, multi-level, indoor and outdoor amenities package in all its glory.

Kitchens have wooden cabinetry and quartz countertops. Master baths have double sinks and glass-enclosed showers. Studios start at $2,243/month; one-bedrooms start at $2,866/month; and two-bedrooms start at $4,108/month. All prices are net effective, reflecting a concession of one month free rent.
Vantage is a short walk from bustling Grove Street; and, as Jersey City becomes more a desirable residential option, more restaurants, shops, and services are springing up in the immediate vicinity. Its proximity to the Marin Boulevard Light Rail, Liberty Harbor/Marin Boulevard ferry, and Grove Street PATH makes for an abundance of commuting options.
