Across the Hudson River in Fort Lee, a towering duo of skyscrapers near the western entrance of the George Washington Bridge can be seen from miles away. The striking glass buildings were designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects for SJP Properties, the developer of an 8-acre site perched on the Palisades of New Jersey’s gold coast. The luxury residences have astonishing views and each building has 75,000 square feet of resort style amenities. Between the towers is a lush two-acre private park that even has a residents-only dog run.

The first building was erected in 2014 at 800 Park Avenue and now, the second building has opened at 100 Park Avenue and select new leases offer 2 months of free rent. Homes are spacious and come in a variety of layouts with up to 3 bedrooms and also dens. Leasing and property management is by Bozzuto and listings show 1 bedrooms from $2,855/month and 2 bedrooms from $4,100/month; call the leasing office at 844-645-3798 for pricing on other layouts.

The residences aim to be stylish sanctuaries in the sky - and the vistas from floor-to-ceiling windows are breathtaking! Ceilings rise to 9 feet and expansive windows have operable panels; there are Belgian white oak hardwood floors, solar shades, and oversized closets. Large open kitchens have quartz countertops and a GE stainless steel appliance package. Living and bedrooms have individually controlled thermostats, and each unit is equipped with its own Bosch washer/dryer.

Residents enter the buildings in dramatic two-story lobbies with 24/7 concierge, package delivery, dry cleaning, valet and refrigerated storage. The towers are equipped with “smart” Otis elevators that move residents at 1,200 feet per minute. If you go to the city frequently, the most convenient amenity is likely the courtesy shuttle across the GWB to the A train at 175th Street. The open space between the towers is known as Park Central and offers two acres of landscaping, open lawn, water features and the residents-only dog park.

The Modern has on-site management, bike storage, indoor parking, and storage lockers if more space is needed. There is a fitness center with a yoga/Pilates studio and also an in-house spa with sauna, steam room and massage treatment rooms. For fun, there are features like a golf simulator and pool table.
