The pet-friendly two- and three-bedroom rental homes are fully renovated featuring wide plank flooring, spacious walk-in closets, custom window coverings, and Juliet balconies on select homes. Updated chef-inspired kitchens feature shaker style solid wood cabinets, quartz countertops, white subway tile backsplashes, breakfast bars with USB ports, and GE stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator with a water filtration system and a range with a built-in microwave. Pristine baths have a floating vanity with built-in storage, modern apothecary cabinets, concrete glazed porcelain tile throughout and rainfall shower heads. Each residence has in-unit laundry, too.
If the complementary shuttle service to and from Hoboken Terminal isn’t enough, there are other amenities you might want to check out. The building’s lounge has wifi, TVs, shuffle board, seating areas and a catering kitchen - and there are resident events, too. Coming in Spring 2019, a new landscaped courtyard will open and given residents access to outdoor lounging with grills and fire pits. There is covered parking, onsite management, and a dry cleaner and nail salon are at the base of the building.
