The full amenity roster at The Vantage Collection includes an expansive sixth-floor amenity deck with two outdoor pools, a full basketball court, a lawn, fire pits, a terrace and bar, a 12-station BBQ area, a fitness area, a children’s play area, a dog run, shared gardening beds, and lounge areas, all enhanced by uninterrupted views of the Manhattan skyline, New York Harbor, and the Statue of Liberty.

All 900 studio through two-bedroom units in The Vantage Collection are accessed via keyless entry and feature floor-to-ceiling windows, strip flooring, recessed LED lighting, and in-unit washer/dryers. The designer kitchens are outfitted with quartz countertops and GE stainless steel appliances. Lavish baths have Kohler fixtures, custom vanities, and glass-enclosed showers. Current availabilities range from $2,657/month for a studio to $5,617/month for a two-bedroom, and the building is offering up to 3 months free rent on select units.
For some, The Vantage Collection’s greatest asset is its proximity to New York - the Liberty Harbor ferry terminal and PATH stations at Grove Street and Exchange Place offer quick, convenient access to Manhattan. However, Jersey City is enjoying a renewed round of attention. The Centre Pompidou, France’s principal museum of modern art, raised some eyebrows when it announced that it would open a new outpost in Jersey City’s Pathside building in Journal Square. A few weeks before that, Smorgasburg launched its first Jersey City location at Harborside, a recently redeveloped commercial development. Additionally, residential development shows no sign of slowing down - earlier this spring, renderings were revealed for Avalon Cove Tower, a 70-story, 950-unit set to be the fifth-tallest in both the city and the state.
