Between its highly visible design by S9 Architecture and extensive ground-floor retail space, there is no question that the 45-story, 900-unit rental development The Vantage Collection has transformed its section of Jersey City. The tower at 33 Park View Avenue debuted in 2017, and the second tower, located at 1 Park View Avenue, With the opening of the second tower, the full 70,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities are now fully unveiled.

The full amenity roster at The Vantage Collection includes an expansive sixth-floor amenity deck with two outdoor pools, a full basketball court, a lawn, fire pits, a terrace and bar, a 12-station BBQ area, a fitness area, a children’s play area, a dog run, shared gardening beds, and lounge areas, all enhanced by uninterrupted views of the Manhattan skyline, New York Harbor, and the Statue of Liberty.

Indoor offerings include 45th-floor Sky Lounges, residents’ lounges, fully equipped fitness centers with yoga studios, dining rooms with catering kitchens, a coworking lounge, a garden lounge, and a golf simulator. Additional conveniences like a lobby lounge, dog wash, Amazon package lockers, bike room, and covered parking further streamline residential life.

All 900 studio through two-bedroom units in The Vantage Collection are accessed via keyless entry and feature floor-to-ceiling windows, strip flooring, recessed LED lighting, and in-unit washer/dryers. The designer kitchens are outfitted with quartz countertops and GE stainless steel appliances. Lavish baths have Kohler fixtures, custom vanities, and glass-enclosed showers. Current availabilities range from $2,657/month for a studio to $5,617/month for a two-bedroom, and the building is offering up to 3 months free rent on select units.

For some, The Vantage Collection’s greatest asset is its proximity to New York - the Liberty Harbor ferry terminal and PATH stations at Grove Street and Exchange Place offer quick, convenient access to Manhattan.
