The residences are designed with wood-style plank floors and have private terraces or balconies. Gourmet kitchens have quartz countertops, full-height backsplashes and stainless steel appliances. There are Moen, Kohler and Sterling fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms. Each residences is equipped with a convenient smartphone video intercom system from ButterflyMX.

RiverHouse11 has 24-hour concierge, package lockers, wifi in common areas, and it is also a smoke-free property. The amenity package features a resort-style pool and sun deck, and there is a sky terrace with stadium seating, outdoor lounges with grills, a fitness center with yoga and spin studios, a music room, golf simulator, and community garden. The New York Waterway ferry from Port Imperial Terminal departs frequently for easy commuting to Manhattan with direct stops at the 39th Street pier and lower Manhattan.
