Malhotra Architects and rises to eight floors. Inside are 64 rental units with interiors by Durukan Design that reflect Brooklyn's "old world charm and its modern edge," according to the new website. The location is central and not far away from places like Barclays Center and the Brooklyn Museum. It's also a neighbor of the newly constructed modular building 461 Dean Street.

The rentals come in studio to two-bedroom layouts and all have sufficient closet space and in-unit washers/dryers. Pricing has not yet been revealed but current listings in the neighborhood have a median price of $2,690/month; see the listings here.

The building will have a part-time doorman, a package room, onsite indoor parking and bike storage. The resident lounge and rooftop sundeck will have stunning views and also offer wifi and places to lounge or work. The space also includes a bar for intimate gatherings and after-work cocktails, and also a fireplace to warm up on cold days.
The surrounding neighborhood has become a destination convenient to transit, culture and shopping. Some of the nearby sites include Brooklyn Academy of Music and Prospect Park.
