Elsewhere in the neighborhood, available rentals range from a $1,545/month studio at 250 Clarkson Avenue to a 3 bed townhouse rental at 163 Fenimore Street for $5,500/month.
Homes offer living spaces with solid white oak floors, oversized windows and LED ceiling lighting. Custom kitchens have white quartz countertops and Bosch appliances, and baths feature Kohler soaking tubs. There are spacious private balconies and each unit is equipped with in-unit washers/dryers.
