Costas Kondylis and Partners is the architect of record for this development. Interior design elements include gourmet kitchens equipped with high-gloss white cabinetry, nickel hardware, and polished mocha quartzite countertops. Residences also boast custom bathrooms with Grigio Alfoni marble vanities and have washer/dryers in every unit. Riverwalk Crossing is a pet-friendly, smoke-free environment.
Current availabilities include two 2-bedroom units starting from $4,850/month, one 1-bedroom listed at $3,715/month and one studio apartment listed at $2,730/month. The $1,000 gift card offer ends July 31, 2016. Renters should take occupancy by August 1, 2016 and the gift card will be rewarded 30 days after.

The building itself offers a host of indoor and outdoor amenities. Residents can soak up the sun on the private lawn, or on the landscaped rooftop terrace where they will find BBQ grills and lounge furniture. Inside there is a fitness center, bike room, resident lounge, and storage room. Families can entertain their kids at the nearby playground or in the children’s playroom.
