Less than a block away from the Second Avenue subway's new East 86th Street station is the 25-story Ventura, a modern gem among the brick and mortar buildings on the Upper East Side. Enveloped by a striking glass and stone façade designed by architecture firm Davis Brody Bond, it was erected in 1998 and has 240 apartments.

For a limited time, new leases offer one month free and one month OP on select apartments. Current availability includes studios from $4,025/month, one-bedrooms from $4,235/month and two-bedrooms from $7,575/month.

The apartments have spacious layouts and offer high ceilings and oversized windows with hardwood floors throughout, and interiors are newly renovated. There are custom built closets and in-unit washers/dryers, gourmet kitchens feature granite countertops, and limestone baths have tiled walls and Kohler fixtures.
The 24-hour attended lobby welcomes residents to an elegant entrance sheathed in wood-panels and marble floors, and the pet-friendly building has a fully-equipped fitness center, a furnished rooftop with an open-air dining area, and on-site management and maintenance. A Fairway Market is conveniently located in the building's ground floor retail space.
