The property is owned and managed by Fenter, also the owner of properties like West 31st Street’s The Epic and Tenth Avenue’s The Victory, and building critic Carter Horsley says 345E94 is “a typical Yorkville apartment tower with some interesting layouts, good amenities and many corner windows.” It was designed by the late Costas Kondylis and it sits on the same block as the new Second Avenue subway. The Yorkville neighborhood is known for its charm and small town feel and has a plethora of shopping and dining options.
