"This handsome, 10-story, pre-war structure at 11 Beach Street on the northwest corner at St. John’s Lane in TriBeCa was converted from a business building to a residential condominium in 2014 and is expected to open for occupancy in 2016.

It has 27 apartments and it was converted by HFZ Capital Group, which is headed by Zeil Feldman, whose projects have included One Madison,303 East 51st Street and the condo conversion at the Marquand at 11 East 68th Street." Read Carter's Full Review
