"FUll Service. Doorman. Incredible lobby, inlaid ceilings, marble floors and stairs, beautiful elevators, exterior and interior halls going through an extensive renovation.
The Riviera. Easy board, 20% down, just have to show you can afford the apartments.
A short walk to Riverside Park; 13 sort blocks to COlumbia Presbyterian Hospital; 1 block to 1 train; 5-10 minute walk to C Train. 1 Block to Broadway. This area is up and coming---that equals a great place to live and a great place to invest!"

Comment About the Building
"The Riveria" has F/T doorman, live-in super (Jose), elevators, laundry, spacious lobby. Flexible, very involved in major Local Law 11 repairs, approx. $3MM over next year. Audubon Terrace section of Washington Heights, very accessible to #1, West Side Hwy (158 St.)and B`Way buses. I live across the street at 800 RSD for past 5 years. Only 2 other coops in this area, Grinnell (mine) and River Arts. (Note: your db has the location as Harlem)
