Master bathrooms have black marble accents, double sinks, and deep soaking tubs. Oversized windows offer spectacular views of Carl Schurz Park and the East River.

Amenities at 90 East Avenue include a full-time doorman, a live-in building manager, valet parking, a state-of-the-art fitness center, children’s outdoor and indoor play area and storage bins.

Gracie Square is a residential and quiet area around the handsome Carl Schurz Park. There is no bus service on East End Avenue.

"They say "they don't build 'em like they used to," but this 21-story, red-brick apartment tower will surely give many passersby a good double-take, for it is probably the closest thing in decades in appearance to the average, proverbial "pre-war" apartment building.
