This 18-story residential condominium building at 2150 Broadway on the southeast corner at 76th Street was designed by SLCE and erected by the Stahl Organization.

It is notable for its limestone facade, impressive ornate balconies, rounded corner, multi-paned windows and large entrance marquee on 76th Street.

It has 75 apartments and a prime Upper West Side location close to the Beacon Theater, and it is across from the Harrison, a residential condominium building designed by Robert A. M. Stern that was completed in 2009, about a year before this building was finished.

The building has entry foyers, washers and dryers, walnut flooring, Sub-Zero and Viking kitchen appliances, 10-foot-ceilings, a garage, a fitness center, a children s playroom, basement storage, bicycle storage, a live-in resident manager, a 24-hour doorman/concierge, basement laundry facility, radiant heating in the master bathrooms, and a recreation room with baby grand player piano.

The corner site formerly was occupied by a five-story building that was used by Avis rent-a-car and the entire site was acquired by Continental Ventures Realty of which Jane Gold and Amir Chaluts are principals.
