The building has every conceivable amenity: garage, gym, courtyard, "The Madison Club"on the 30th floor (with a kitchen and available for private parties), an ATM, dry cleaning, a video kiosk, bike room, storage lockers, laundry on every floor, and of course a 24-hour concierge and doorman. Its located next to the N/R/W & #6 trains, as well as walking distance to the Union Square Market, fabulous shopping, and all that downtown has to offer.
