"This very handsome and almost elliptical, 41-story rental apartment tower at 25 Park Lane South on a Hudson River pier at the 600-acre Newport complex in Jersey City was completed in 2017 and has 376 units.

"The doorman during the day is extremely rude and unfriendly. He has no sense of urgency. I heard him having a personal phone conversation while I was waiting to be helped. He should not be the first contact people have with the building. I think that he is overwhelmed by the job but that is no reason to be so rude."
