After launching leasing in April, the newly constructed 41-story Ellipse is moving closer and closer to its official summer opening. Located in Jersey City and built on a peninsula at the Hudson River waterfront, the highlight of this property are the commanding views of the Manhattan skyline, which any Manhattanite knows are more impressive from across the river. The team behind the project includes developer LeFrak Organization and architecture firm Arquitectonica, and they have unveiled new images from a pair of model units that show-off interiors for the first time.

Ellipse has 380 units with up to three bedrooms, though a limited collection of penthouses can accommodate up to four bedrooms, and the building's first residents are expected to move in this summer. Select units come with 2 months of free rent and current listings show studios start at $2,675/month, 1 bedrooms at $3,230/month, 2 bedrooms at $4,560/month and 3 bedrooms at $6,260/month. The penthouses will reportedly be priced between $5,721 and $8,211 per month.

Both model residences, a 1-bedroom unit and 2-bedroom unit, are located on the 11th floor, and the gallery below shows-off the neutral palette with subtle accents that leaves the focus of the homes entirely on the world-class views.

Apartment 1101 is a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom with 825 square feet, and Apartment 1105 is a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom with more than 1,200-square feet. Crafted with top of the line finishes and material, interiors offer oak plank hardwood floors, abundant close space, in-unit washer/dryers, as well as premium finishes and fixtures throughout. The homes are bathed in sunlight from oversized floor-to-ceiling windows which offer striking views from every room, and kitchens are spacious and feature two-tone kitchen cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.

The firm behind the building's exterior design, Arquitectonica, also designed the model units, and this is their first project in Jersey City. Residents will have access to a luxurious, 24,000-square-foot amenity package that takes advantage of the views and waterfront locale, with indoor amenities like a fitness center that has skyline views and outdoor amenities like a sun deck and pool.

The summer 2017 occupancy is soon approaching for the anticipated project, and there's no word how long the leasing special will be in effect. Visit CityRealty’s Ellipse profile for listings, a full list of amenities and more photos, or contact the leasing office for terms and pricing.
