One Lincoln Square, 150 Columbus Avenue

Condo located in Upper West Side, between West 66th Street & West 67th Street

Comment About the Building

The luxury condominium was also built by the Millenium Partners and is one of three they built on the Upper West side in the Lincoln Center Area. This one is shorter than it immediate neighbor at 111 West 67th, but has open views downtown past Lincoln Center and the Empire Hotel. Until recently this building had the Barnes and Nobel Bookstore in the base of the building, but now there is a new Century 21 clothing store going in and it will be open in the fall of 2011.

More Comments About the Building

"It's rare to find a building centrally located that has an open exposure south. Because this sits at the convergence of Broadway and Columbus, the views north are up the avenues, which is the case to the south as well. I always liked this one."
