The Park Millennium, originally called Millennium Tower, is a striking 545-foot-high mixed-use tower completed in 1994 at 111 West 67th Street. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, Gary Edward Handel & Associates, and Schuman Lichtenstein Claman & Efron, this 47-story building was developed by Millennium Partners as part of their three-tower Lincoln Square complex, marking the most significant post-war mixed-use development on the Upper West Side until the Time Warner Center.

The building's distinctive architecture features orange, dark red and charcoal brick cladding with aluminum and glass elements, including protruding vertical sections that add modern flair. A notable artistic feature is James Carpenter's 'Dichroic Light Field' sculpture on the Columbus Avenue façade, composed of laminated glass and anodized aluminum blades.

The structure houses 368 residential condominium apartments ranging from 396-square-foot studios to 2,405-square-foot three-bedroom units. Residences feature 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, marble bathrooms, Eurostyle kitchens with granite counters, and in-unit washers and dryers. Many apartments offer spectacular views of Central Park, the Hudson River, and city skylines.
