"Park Millennium is the name of the residential condominium section of the impressive, 545-foot-high, mixed-use tower that occupies the full block bounded by Broadway, Columbus Avenue and 67th and 68th Streets.

"The Park Millennium is widely regarded as one of the most desirable luxury full service condominiums on the Upper West Side. The Reebok Health Club is located on the street level.Situated in the heart of Lincoln Center, it provides an ideal central location for enjoying the best the city offers in cuisine, the arts, shopping and, especially, Central Park. The board process usually takes between 2 to 4 weeks and requires to fill board application and submit finacial documents such as: income tax for sales, credit check application, employement letter with a salary and position outline. Lincoln Center is considered to be the gateway from midtown to the Upper West Side and the home of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. It perhaps comes closer than any other to being the definitive New York neighborhood. It has some brilliant architecture and excellent means of public transportation."

"This building is a first class condo in an area "heavy in Coops", so the building is porpluar with a lot of people who want to avoid coop boards. The building is also located "steps" from ABC Studios so it is popular with a lot of TV people. Theer is an LA Sports Club in the building, but it is not formally part of the condo. The lobby is very nice. The building staff are some of the freindliest building staffs that I have ever met! This building is right in the heart of the Upper West Side. Located right near some great neighborhood dining, easy walk to the Time Warner Center, etc..."
