In the third full week of July 2021, CityRealty recorded 295 condo, co-op, condop, and townhouse contracts signed throughout Manhattan. Listings below $1 million in highly coveted neighborhoods both uptown and downtown were never going to stay on the market for long, but that is not to say they are the only fast movers: A four-bedroom home at luxury condo 180 East 88th Street entered contract just over two weeks after being listed, and a high-floor home at Fifteen Hudson Yards only lasted a week and a half before going into market.
