The design by the Astoria-based HCN Architects features a light gray brick facade on top of a sleek commercial component with floor-to-ceiling windows. The nine-unit Terraces Collection will offer larger outdoor spaces ranging from 156-square-foot balconies to 1,796-square-foot terraces.
