About five years after purchasing it, Luis Dutra, CFO of Anheuser-Busch InBev, made a generous profit on his Upper East Side townhouse in early 2024. Crain’s New York Business reported the closing and noted that he bought the house after its previous owner, fashion designer Luca Orlandi, converted it from a multifamily building into a single-family home.
Entrepreneur/Shark Tank regular Robert Herjavec bought his apartment at One57 in July 2021, a time when some were still wondering what would become of New York after the pandemic.
