The stately red-brick exterior was designed by local architects TF Cusanelli & Filletti.

The Goodrich is positioned midblock at 25-13 27th Street, just two blocks from the N and Q train station at Astoria Boulevard thus lending for convenient commutes into Manhattan. Layouts are drenched in natural light and many units are benefited by balconies or terraces. Homes feature high ceilings, ample closet space, and stained Maplewood floors. Kitchens boast custom cabinetry, quartz countertops state-of-the-art appliances and fixtures. Bathrooms are clad with imported European porcelain tile and feature Grohe faucets, and radiant heated floors.

Residents will have access to range of amenities that includes a landscaped rooftop terrace with Chaise lounge chairs and outdoor grills, a package room with refrigerated storage, and a virtual doorman.
