NYC rents fall 8% in August 2020; See average rents + 14 luxury buildings with great roof decks, gyms, and concessions

As of this writing, CityRealty listings show 20,892 apartments for rent. While this number is high, the number of new listings has begun to stabilize in recent weeks. New York City is reopening slowly but surely, and face-to-face showings have resumed with new safety protocols in place.
