One Boerum Place is largely composed of three- and four-bedroom layouts, many of which feature landscaped terraces and covered loggias with gas connections for grilling. A limited collection of high-floor duplexes will be available this summer. Pre-leasing prices start at $4,750/mo. for a one-bedroom, $7,200/mo. for a two-bedroom, $8,500/mo. for a 1,200-SF three-bedroom and $12,000/mo. for a 3,120-SF four-bedroom.

The 285-foot-tall tower will be crowned by a landscaped roof deck designed by Brook Landscape. The space will feature a 'Stargazing Lawn' and adjoin the top-floor 'Chalet Lounge.' A children's playroom and separate resident lounges are located on lower floors and can be reserved for private events. Other perks include a pet spa, bike storage, and automated parking for 48 vehicles with electric charging stations.

One Boerum Place occupies a full-block site overlooking Brooklyn's Borough Hall at the junction of Brooklyn Heights and Downtown Brooklyn. Its public face presents a handsome prow-like form with well-placed setbacks, inset balconies, and a cladding of staid handmade bricks. One Boerum's surroundings are among the most walkable and vibrant in the city with renewed pedestrianized spaces on Fulton and Willoughby Street and the genteel brownstone neighborhoods of Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, and Fort Greene a short walk away.

The nearly-finished tower takes shape near a crop of recently-completed rental developments that include The Lane, 153 Remsen Street, The Pierrepont, and 67 Livingston Street.
