Tailored by the esteemed Gachot Studios, all residences feature 10-foot ceilings, oversized windows, and wide-plank oak wood floors. Finishes are selected to evoke a sense of permanence and include 8-foot custom doors with natural stone saddles, solid oak millwork, Bianco Dolomiti marble, and Venetian plaster for warmth and texture.
Kitchens are equipped with a state-of-the-art integrated suite of Bosch appliances that include a five-burner gas cooktop with a built-in vented hood, oven, microwave, and under-counter wine refrigerator. They are complemented with custom wood cabinetry, tundra-grey countertops, and polished nickel Waterworks fittings.

The 285-foot-tall tower will be crowned by a landscaped roof deck designed by Brook Landscape. The space will feature a 'Stargazing Lawn' and adjoin the top-floor 'Chalet Lounge.' A children's playroom and separate resident lounges are located on lower floors and can be reserved for private events. Other perks include a pet spa, bike storage, and automated parking for 48 vehicles with electric charging stations.

One Boerum Place occupies a full-block site overlooking Brooklyn's Borough Hall at the junction of Brooklyn Heights and Downtown Brooklyn. Its public face presents a handsome prow-like form with well-placed setbacks, inset balconies, and a cladding of staid handmade bricks. One Boerum's surroundings are among the most walkable and vibrant in the city with renewed pedestrianized spaces on Fulton and Willoughby Street and the genteel brownstone neighborhoods of Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, and Fort Greene a short walk away.
