Pre-leasing has commenced at One Boerum Place, an upscale collection of one- to four-bedroom residences positioned at the fulcrum of Brooklyn's most dynamic neighborhoods. One Boerum Place occupies a full-block site overlooking Brooklyn's Borough Hall at the junction of Brooklyn Heights and Downtown Brooklyn. Its public face presents a handsome prow-like form with well-placed setbacks, inset balconies, and a cladding of staid handmade bricks.
