Earlier this month, Denizen Bushwick took Brooklyn by storm. However, the design, amenities, and apartments at 10 Montieth Street, a sister building on the former Rheingold Brewery site, have moved this seven-story building into the spotlight. An O-shaped design by ODA fills the inner courtyard with sunlight and allows for views of Manhattan in all homes. It has been described as a “jagged doughnut,” and the colorful window frames give the appearance of sprinkles. After an affordable lottery took place to great excitement this spring, leasing has launched on the market-rate apartments.

Above it, a sloping, 60,000-square-foot roof deck has an urban garden and lounge space. Studios start at $1,985/month, one-bedrooms start at $2,492/month, two-bedrooms start at $3,046/month, and a three-bedroom is listed for $3,965/month.
