Rental Building News and Offers

The Beckenstein building
Like the East Village, the Lower East Side is now transforming into a neighborhood where luxury rentals and high-end amenities are becoming the norm. With the upcoming Essex Crossing development, which already has six out of the nine sites underway, this transformation will possibly skyrocket. See our rundown below of the top rental buildings in the burgeoning Lower East Side.

And that's not all, the building also offers a rooftop terrace lounge, a garden terrace, and a public landscaped plaza. A Trader Joe's and a Target are both set to open at the retail space later this year.
