Built in 2016, the Hudson Yards rental tower known as 555Ten is impressive, to say the least. It has made several Top 10 lists for NYC luxury rentals including Best Roof Decks, Best Indoor Pools and the Top 10 Rentals of 2017. The amenity package includes a bowling alley, swimming pools (there are two) and an arcade - and the luxury homes offer a peaceful escape from the now bustling neighborhood of Hudson Yards.
The 56-story, SLCE-designed skyscraper has 600 units with many available for immediate occupancy and listings currently offer up to two months of free rent with 14-month leases. Studios are priced from $3,900/month, one-bedrooms from $4,408/month, two-bedrooms from $7,103/month and three-bedrooms from $9,081/month.

Amenities are spread throughout the building but those on the 12th-floor are set to a backdrop of the city skyline and include the building's health and wellness floor, a space offering an attended fitness center with a cardio area, weight room and a private studio for scheduled classes and individual use. The floor is also home to an indoor saltwater lap pool, changing rooms and an outdoor terrace.

The building has a double-height staffed lobby with a treatment from McGinley Design, the firm selected to handle interiors. The suite of amenities known as 555PLAY include a two-lane bowling alley, an arcade and a children's playroom. Throw Me a Bone is the on-site pet spa, offering grooming, play groups and visiting vet services. The rooftop clubroom sits 650 feet in the air and will open this spring with a skytop pool and sundeck, private cabanas, and an intimate lounge with indoor/outdoor areas.
The amenities are top-of-the-line, and so are the residences. They come in light or dark finishes, reflected throughout the floors, kitchen millwork and bath vanities. Homes feature double-paned window walls, hardwood flooring, Bosch washer/dryers, and touch-screen intercoms. Kitchens have premium stainless steel appliances, Fisher Paykel refrigerators, breakfast bars, and quartz stone countertops. Porcelanosa-tiled baths include sleek contemporary Waterworks fixtures and oversized medicine cabinets.
