Leasing is in full-force at a newly constructed 8-story rental in Midwood, a largely residential area in south-central Brooklyn. Located at 1122 Chestnut Avenue, the new building has more than 50 apartments in studio to three-bedroom layouts, and remaining units are currently listed with no fee and up to one month of free rent. Availability includes two-bedrooms priced between $2,400 to $2,700 per month, and three-bedrooms are priced between $3,180 and $3,210 per month. Apartments feature wide-plank floors with a dark stain, large windows with some that are nearly floor-to-ceiling and customizable closets.

Interiors also feature custom kitchens with stainless steel appliances and white & grey Caesarstone counters, Calcatta wrapped bathrooms with deep soaking tubs & custom vanities, in-unit climate control, and private glass-walled balconies. The building has plenty of detail throughout, including a lobby with deep grey de Savoie marble slabs, bronze-inlaid doors, and a pair of high speed elevators. Amenities include ground floor parking with optional valet, a laundry room, a bike room, and a roof deck. Hot water and cooking gas is included, and some pets are permitted though listings announcing that no dogs are allowed.
