Expected to premiere this summer, the White Castle-replacing building at 371 Humboldt Street rises eight stories and has 80 units in studio to 3-bedroom layouts, some with private terraces. The official website has launched and reveals the acclaimed Paris Forino is attached to the project. Interiors will include white oak flooring throughout, high-end kitchens with stainless steel appliances, and contemporary bathroom fixtures. Net monthly pricing is listed on the website, indicating a concession or leasing special will be offered, and shows studios start at $2,150/month, 1 bedrooms at $2,600/month, 2-beds/2-baths at $3,700 and 3-beds/3-baths at $6,500/month. Listings will be no fee.
Prospective renters can register for "an exclusive reserve list sneak preview event this summer" where they'll be able to checkout all the features and amenities including the gym, a large roof deck and a lounge. The landscaped roof deck will have barbecue grills for summer dining, and the lounge features a screening area, billiards and a common kitchen. There will be on-site laundry, tenant storage, a bike room and some parking.
