276 Twentieth is zoned for PS10 for grades K-5 and located a short distance from both the landmarked Green-wood Cemetery and Prospect Park, making it ideal for those seeking green space. It is just down the street from 5th Avenue dining and nightlife, and a short walk from Nitehawk Prospect Park. Transportation options include the 25th Street D/N/R/W and the 7th Avenue F/G.
