Spectacular new development building with pre-war characteristics. Built by The Zeckendorf family and Goldman Sachs, this building was one of the most successful developments in recent history. The developers used the same limestone that was used in the Empire State building. There is a pool, full gym, private restaurant for residents only, and two separate buildings joined in the middle by the second entrance that also has a circular driveway. The apartments have more than doubled in value since they were completed. Apartments have stunning views of Central Park.
