National real estate developer Lightstone Group is readying to launch leasing at a 428-unit rental development at 30-02 39th Avenue. Officially named ARC, the building topped out in January and has been steadily enclosing its structural frame with a cast-in-place concrete exterior designed by Gerner, Kronick + Valcarcel (GKV Architects). The apartments include a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms apartments, all of which will be outfitted with large casement-style windows. Home will be fitted with Bosch appliances, a washer and dryer, custom cabinetry, quartz stone countertops and classic brass fixtures in bathrooms.
There will be more than acre of amenities spread throughout the building. The roster includes several residential lounges, a rooftop pool club with barbeque cabanas and bocce, a health club with a spin room and yoga studio, private training facilities, a basketball court, collaborative workspaces, game room and a golf simulator. There will also be a 24-hour doorman, concierge services and bike storage. Leasing is scheduled to begin this summer.
