Overview of 130 William Street

130 William was the first New York residential building to be designed by the award-winning visionary architect Sir David Adjaye. One of today’s most innovative architects, Adjaye, in collaboration with Hill West Architects, created a unique design that has redefined the lower Manhattan skyline. The 66-story condominium tower has large, dramatic arched windows that punctuate façades made of textured hand-crafted concrete panels in tribute to the area's industrial masonry façades. A large double-height lobby has a wall of arches.

Within are 244 one-to-four-bedroom apartments. Interiors are filled with rare and luxurious materials from all over the world. All units have wide-plank oak flooring and open plan kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, Italian Pietra Cardosa stone kitchen countertops, master baths with Bianco Carrara marble.

The building has a full-time doorman, concierge service, an indoor/outdoor landscaped lounge, a private dining room, an infinity-edge spa pool and hot and cold plunge pools with a rounded-arch colonnade, a sauna, a fitness center with terrace, a yoga studio, a basketball court, a golf simulator, a children's play room, a pet spa, bicycle storage and the only private IMAX theater in the city. The crown jewel of the building’s common space is a rooftop observation deck nearly 800 feet in the air, complete with grilling, dining, and lounge areas and private cabanas.

The Fulton/Seaport neighborhood is one of Manhattan’s most interesting crossroads. If you work in the Financial District or City Hall, you can walk to work–though the 2,3, 4, 5, and R,W subway stops are two blocks away. In addition to City Hall Park, a wealth of destinations both old and new are within steps, including Nobu downtown, Takahachi Bakery, Birch Coffee, the famous Stone Street pubs, the Schimmel Center for the Arts and shopping and events at Westfield World Trade Center and Brookfield Place.
