The Jersey City skyline is growing and rental high-rises are joining the assembly. In just the past year, several have debuted including Jersey City Urby, The Ellipse, Trump Bay Street, Journal Squared and M2 at Marbella. And now, a new skyscraping glass tower can be added to the list.
Scheduled to launch this spring, Vantage is a 45-story rental from Fisher Development Associates that will offer its residents sweeping floor-to-ceiling views of Liberty State Park, Downtown Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, and beyond. Its address is 33 Park View Avenue, adjacent to the Paulus Hook neighborhood and near the Liberty Harbor marina - a true waterfront living experience. Studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments will be offered and initially priced from $2,115 per month. The full amenity package has not been unveiled but the building will have a 24-hour concierge, an outdoor zero entry swimming pool and also a cyber café.

A teaser site just launched and an on-site leasing office with fully-furnished model apartments is forthcoming. The nearly 450-unit Vantage is a glass-clad tower designed by S9Architecture and according to the developer’s website, is the first of a dual-tower project. Once complete, both towers will rise from, and be connected through, a 5-story podium base (with a pool and outdoor amenities atop) while indoor amenities will be located on the 6th floor of each building. When complete, the towers combined will be home to more than 900 apartments. The developers will also pursue LEED Certification from the US Green Building Council.
