101 West End is one of several large-sized rentals in the area and others include West End Towers, The Ashley and also the Equity-owned 140 Riverside Boulevard. According to one recent rental report, the median Upper West Side rent is $3,295/month; and currently on CityRealty, there are roughly 850 Upper West Side rental listings and a median price of $3,495/month.
