Views, views and more views from every unit. Full service building with La Palestra Wellness Center, pool, sundeck, resident lounges, and childrens playroom. The Boulevard is away from the mathem of Manhattan yet close to everything. Subway is only several blocks, supermarket is one block away, close to Zabars, broadway shopping for apparel,home, books etc. Linclon Center is your backyard and Time Warner Center is close by. Restaurants abound from upscale like Picoline to everyday eateries along Broadway and Columbus.

"It is a huge property with gorgeous amenities. Location works against this new development. The cross streets that lead to it on Riverside Blvd are through dowdy looking city housing. Setting behind Lincoln Center, and to the river, it seems cut off from the neighborhood services. One bedroom apt. has small rooms."

"This building has 13,000 sf of amenities including lap pool that is kid friendly, health club with treatment rooms, lounge with wifi, children's playroom, big kids playroom, movie screening room, event space, pilates and yoga classes, pool table and library, roof deck... The building has a warm feel and the amenities are on the ground level which is nicer than being in a basement. This is the only building I know with a rear door with fob access so residents can have closer access to West End Avenue. There is a parking garage underneath the building allowing you to enter from the garage. Also in the basement is a pet grooming room... Apartments have huge windows, many floor to ceiling. Fantastic building. Lobby and staff are very inviting. Many of the staff say they have been there "since dirt." It's true! Simple and straightforward. Management company is Halstead. They are efficient and responsive. Riverside Boulevard is an underappreciated gem that savvy buyers are making more and more popular. There are no stop lights. Where 2-3 blocks away on Broadway a driver might speed through an intersection, the same driver would stop and wave a pedestrian across the street. Riverside Park South is across from all the buildings here and is ever growing with activities, sculptures, water fountains... There is a dog run and children's playground. A long pier that has many activities in warm months or you can just go for a quiet sit on a bench to watch boats go by. At the base of the Pier is Pier I Cafe. You can buy great food or bring your own as seating and tables are "public." There are always more conveniences being brought to the Riverside Boulevard area. Restaurants, groceries, a spa, and soon high end retail... The M66 bus will take you cross town and you are sure to get a seat since it is the first stop. Rushmore has a van that will take residents to and from the subway during rush hour. For me it is about a ten minute walk to the train. Every building on Riverside Boulevard has a doorman and concierge. It feels very secure."
